Home Delivery:
Yamato Transport (available within Taiwan main island only)

Convenience Store Pickup:
7-Eleven and FamilyMart (available for both Taiwan main island and offshore islands)






How Is the Shipping Fee Calculated?
Taiwan (including offshore islands): Free shipping.
International orders: Shipping fees are charged based on the actual cost.

When Will I Receive My Order?
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 2–14 business days.
Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Taiwan (including outlying islands): 2–14 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Information
Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding the order date and public holidays).
Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

During peak seasons or unforeseen events such as natural disasters, shipping may be delayed.

  • Home Delivery: The actual delivery time depends on the courier’s route schedule.
  • Convenience Store Pickup: Please check your SMS notification and pick up your order within the specified days after arrival.
Failure to collect the package on time may result in additional shipping fees, which will be borne by the customer.






Notice for Convenience Store Pickup
  • Each order is limited to a maximum of two pairs of shoes.
  • Long boots or bulky items cannot be shipped via convenience store pickup. Please contact customer service before placing your order if you’re unsure.
  • Once a shipping label has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or modified, including changes to the pickup store or recipient information.
  • Pickup (for COD orders): The recipient must provide their real name and the last three digits of their phone number, present a valid photo ID matching the name on the package, and sign the receipt to complete the pickup.
  • If the recipient’s name does not match the ID and the parcel is returned, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
  • Offshore Islands (Penghu, Kinmen): 7-Eleven pickup is available.
  • SHOP ALL BLACK does not currently support returns via convenience stores. To request a return, please contact our customer service team directly.






What Should I Do If My Order Hasn’t Arrived Within the Expected Delivery Time?
Once your order has been shipped, SHOPALLBLACK.COM will send you a shipping notification via email.
If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery period, please contact our customer service team immediately.

If we do not receive your inquiry within five (5) business days after the expected delivery date, SHOPALLBLACK.COM will not be responsible for any potential loss, and the customer will bear any resulting risk or expense.
